Hi dear

I suddenly lost all my contacts and important messages which I had saved on my blackberry Torch. I then realised I did not download my blackberry protect. Is there any software that I can use to retrieve these Data?

Unlocked but now battery life horrible

I unlocked my Torch yesterday to use another carrier, but ever since then, my battery drains within a few hours. Up until I unlocked it, the battery would last all day.

I have turned the Network Selection Mode to Manual already to try to avoid roaming draining the battery.

Touch Screen Seems Erratic

Had this PlayBook for a couple months now. The touch screen seems to be erratic. Sometimes a whisper touch does the job. Other times I almost have to pound on the screen. Yet other times although the menu/other command flashes nothing happens. Can do the same things on the Torch

9800s switch off and reboot after change of carrier

Hi

Both my BB Torch 9800s keep switching off and rebooting since I changed carriers. I changed from Vodafone Es to Movistar (was Telefonica). I have spoken to Movistar support and they cannot offer any suggestions. Can anyone else?

Both 9800s were unlocked officially by Vodafone.

Problem with BMM 7 on Torch 9800

I have just installed BBM7 from Beta Zone on the Torch 9800. OS is 6.0 Bundle 2949 (v6.0.0.668, Platform 6.6.0.236) and I am in Spain with Vodafone España. BBM7 appears to have been installed correctly ie I can open it, message my contacts and so on.
