bb 9900 strange problem

hi,i have bb 9900,,when press uper lock switch ,goes display blue.
already updated, wiped,,but same, any one have solution,
but if u use ,every think is ok,but when u press lock uper key on the top of bb,,its display goes to blue ,after some time,again ok,,,tried with 2 display,,same,,

    When i’m on headphone mode or plug my BB into speakers after about half way the bar increases to the top but it doesn’t get any louder at all, i’ve got audio boost on, restarted my phone but nothings working, not sure what to do

    Hi,

    I have a BB 9800 v.6.0.0.246, and yesterday I got a gold star icon on the top line, where used to be messages not yet opened.
    I don’t see any reference of this icon on Apps World.
    Could anyone help clarifying what it is this icon?

    My BB Curve wont let me enter letters for my password just numbers.

    It had the 123 sign in the top right hand corner.

    How can I type letters as well as numbers?

    i can’t clear this notification @ the top UNDER the TIME.

    only programs i have running are:
    HOME
    BBM
    BROWSER
    PHONE
    MESSAGES

    i’ve done a battery pull also.
    no luck!!
