9930 Battery Cross

I have 2 pc 9930. It shows Battery with Red cross. I put in charge battery but still red cross. I use same battery with 9900 and phone starts up. Any help?

Blackberry 8310 only on read not power on

Dear all:
any body give me a solution ,,, I have blackberry 8310 ,,, only read a long time and after battery logo show and red cross on battery logo,, I changed it battery but after same condition any body have any solution so kindly share here……
