9650 Help to inter unlock code.

I have blackberry 9650 locked to Verizon.I have the code.And i have follow this procedure.
Options/Advanced Options/SIM Card and then type the letters mepd and then mep (alt) 2 .But second command nothing happen. Im not prompted for the unlock menu. At this point i want to enter the unlock

Any way to set the brower to default to mobile sites? For example, when i go to weather.com it defaults to the regular site, not mobile, but id MUCH rather have the mobile site (its much quicker and to the point, alot of forums are the same way). Thanks!

9500 places X on battery and cant update software

Dear All
A customer brought a 9500 with a problem. It cancels out the battery and does not switch on. If i try to update software, it gets stuck at this point and flashing does not proceed. Please help

Whenever I try to charge my battery, it only charges to 1.5 cells or to 2.5 calles (halfway).. never more than that. and if i try to charge it before it dies, it only charges when it is on. if it is off, the battery actually drains completely to the
