Where is the Sim STK Icon on the torch

Hi I just recently purchased the Torch, and i cant find the sim stk icon. Its usually in the setup folder on other blackberry models. But on this model i cant find it.

in blackberry 9000 unlocked phone. Am not getting capital EDGE if i insert sim in other blackberry EDGE is comming. software or hardware issue?
