9850 freezes on booting

I have a blackberry 9850 which was brought for OS re-loading because it would freeze at about three-quarter of the loading bar. I flashed it with the latest file which I have used on other ones but it still freezes at the same point. The battery is okay.

Volume of flash messages and system sounds

The volume of text messages, calls, and call volume is fine, but certain system sounds, especially Flash SMS messages (the ones that appear instantly in my screen and don’t get saved to my inbox) are very loud.
I can’t find where to decrease the volume of these “system” sounds?

Torch email problem

When I added my gmail to my torch i expected it to load with all the previous emails as well but my tourch doesnt show any of my other emails it only shows the ones I get since ive added it.
Any way to fix this?

Yesterday I upgraded to the new OS 6. Hated it. So I downgraded back to a OS 5 version. Wiped everything clean with javaloader. I didn’t take note of which version my phone previously had, but it definitely was an OS 5. Right now I’m running 5.0.0.714.
