BBID & apps problem

I just recently got BBB9900 unlocked from at&t, my carrier is solavei, my problem is that I can’t dwnload any apps (no cached credentials error code 40721) as well as can’t access my BBID, says I’m offline, dnt hav a pc, only got this BB, I can get onto internet

I’m using a BB 9900. Every time I switch off my phone when restarting it eats up my airtime. I reported this to my service provider (Airtel Zm) it was discovered that everytime the phone switches on, it sends a “Visual Voice Mail” to a number I don’t even know

9930 sms text message characters display

Dear Blackberry. I truly hate the way you designed the text message app for the blackberry bold 9930. I have always enjoyed being able to see exactly how many characters I have typed at all times. I enjoyed that feature on my blackberry curve 9330. I “upgraded” to the 9930
