NEED HELP: Mailbox issue

My phone recently got replaced, but there is now an issue with my mailboxes.
Unlike the normal issue where mails are displayed in their individual folders, but not in the main mailbox, this is reversed.
I can see my mails ONLY in my main mailbox.
I would like
