i have the next problem, last 5 days i cant identify the entry calls

i have the phone numbers in my Contacts.

When i finish the call, i go to see who called and i can see.

but immediatly cant see, any advice?

once i finished updating to latest BBM.. and restarted my device.. it flood all my BroadCast msgs to all my contacts as direct msg… and every time i restart my device it do the same !
