I connect the charger to my phone and it says its full in less than 20 minutes and I know that’s weird so I leave it charging for hours but when I disconnect it after 5-30 minutes it shuts down and start shutting off and on until I connect it

I have just discovered a strange problem, only started minutes ago. When I plug into the wall charger the red charging light on the charger is not steady as normal, it is flashing on/off and the screen on the phone is flashing at the same rate, switching between the normal

But recently I have noticed that SOMETIMES when i connect the charger to the device, it takes a 15 to 60 seconds to detect the charger is connected.
Is the charger bad or the device have problems???

I got the torch 9860 2 days ago, today the phone switched off by itself and when i put the charger in, theres a red light that dissapears. Then the blackberry loading screen comes up and the bar gets halfway and crashes. Any ideas ?, when i called the guy
