This was a recent release from my carrier.
Do I still need to delete the vendor.xml? (i already deleted it) and now if I install it do I still need to activate enterprise?

I just recently got BBB9900 unlocked from at&t, my carrier is solavei, my problem is that I can’t dwnload any apps (no cached credentials error code 40721) as well as can’t access my BBID, says I’m offline, dnt hav a pc, only got this BB, I can get onto internet

1. I have the 9900 Bold, and I’m constantly battling with signal on me phone. Have to switch my mobile network off and on again before receiving any BIS related msgs(BBM, whatsapp, email ect.)
