Show my name on caller ID

my screen turn off when i make a call. but the call is ON. also, when i receive a call, i saw the caller, but when i answered it, the screen is turn off and the call is on too. what is going on?

Caller ID Name not showing

Dear All,

I have attempted to read all other posts and I could not find the answer to my question…

Caller ID Name is not displaying during a call, however; following the call I can see Caller ID Name in my Calls Log.

BB 9800 – How to reduce call forwarding time

Hi,
I have BB Torch 9800 and i have enabled conditional call forwarding i.e. if i dont pick up the call it should get forwarded to another number and its working fine. but problem is Caller has to wait online for 15 – 20 sec till the call gets forwarded.
