I am using BES blackberry provided company. When I delete a email in ny bb, the same email is also deleted in my PC Outlook. It is synchronized normally. However when I delete a email in my PC Outlook, the same email didn’t get deleted in my bb in sync.

Hello,
I am trying to synchronize events from Outlook 2007 to Bold 9700. However, the Reminders, are not syncing on both sides. I have the reminders on the phone but not in Outlook. I have set to synchronize both ways.

Ok,
I’m about to go nuts. Right now I can only sync from my BB Tour to Outlook but not in reverse? This is really screwing my productivity too as my wife will enter in things that I later would update.
