    Basically, ive had the issues documented in this thread:

    And other all around the internet, but whenever I rin the Desktop software and try to reinstall/update the OS, I get this message:

    • LCD Ripple?

    When pressing the LCD slightly the screen seems to be ‘sensitive’ to touch and you can see it through the color ripple around the pressure point. Also, pressing against the sides of the BB, even slightly, seem to give a ripple effect on the LCD.
