Hi guys, thanx for this AWSOME website, yesterday i had a problem with my BB Storm 9500, for no reason the screen went black but i can c that the light is on, however it starts sometimes and sometimes it just wont (n), i mean the screen, i did a format from menu>Security options> general options> wipe handheld,, but still the same problem, should i do a full format or what?

please help me i feel lost without my BB :”(
