Bought a Playbook early last month. Was “open box” (ie returned). Went thru the normal setup process and downloads. Now just inderone month later s popping up a request for Blackberry ID and pasword and is for a userid I do not know. I tried my Blavckberry net user id and password but am told must be the one used to set up machine. I can CANCEL but it pops up again in 5 minutes. Suspect is from the original owner who returned it …

Does anyone know why is is only now asking for this password over three weekes after I purchased it?

Does anyone know how to get around this? Can I contact someone to find out who this ID is and get the password?
