I go to my setup wizard to set up my personal email and the only option I have it gives is: I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry
enterprise server: There are no other options in the setup wizard. If I do try to set up my email it asks for an adminstator password. This phone is with Cricket wireless. I bought it 4 days ago brand new from Cricket. I have spent at least 3 hours on the phone with technical suppport, and spent another hour and a half at the corporate store for the guy to tell me he cant help me. The technical support tells me go to the store and the store tells me to call technical support. RIM wants $49 dollars just to speak with me. I am so frustrated. I just want to set up my personal email account and know one can has been able to tell me what I need to do.

If anyone has some advice on how to fix this problem I’d be very greatful for the help.
