I’ve searched this forum for an answer and I can’t find one.

I have a 9650 with 6.0 loaded. When I reply or reply all to emails the recipients receive a jumble of characters instead of my message.

I did a test with an original email to a friend and it was fine. When I replied to her reply it failed again and she got jumbled characters.

I had a signature on my outgoing emails but removed it before this test and that wasn’t the issue.

I’ve sent test replies to my own email on laptop and on phone and they look fine. Still nobody else can get clear emails from me. Any help would be much appreciated.
