problem with wi-fi WPA2 connection on 9550

Cannot connect with wi-fi in my hotel, I don’t see option for WPA2 on blackberry so I choose PSK and entered the password and got error on connection:
“cannot associate with the network” any tips what else can be done?

just bought this unlocked phone from verizon and need to travel with it to Europe. I want to be sure it is quad band.
Another thing is can I remove verizon flash screen on start up ?

I can’t type faster because I have to press the screen as well.
I want to know that is there any way by which I can have a normal touchscreen or atleast a keyboard that does not require me to press the screen.

I think my 9530 OS just crashed…..it hapen when i pulled the battery when the phone being so slow while the screen was still showing analg clock.
i’ve try to connect with my laptop to see if i could recover it using DM but didnt succed.
