    • Opera 4.2 failing to connect to internet

    Since upgraded BB OS to 5, my opera browser fails to work.

    Every attempt to load up is met with the following error message:

    “Failed To Connect To The Internet”

    My normal BB browser works fine, however Opera just falls over.

    Any ideas?

    Just tried to install OS5 from O2 Uk using the official Blackberry link page of service providers. Followed the onscreen instructions, I successfully dowloaded to my PC.     Hi, I just bought a BlackBerry Curve 8900 unlocked when I setup Wi-Fi connection it says ok but I can’t connect (DHCP)to the internet.When I run Wi-Fi diagnostic tool “local IP adress is empty and and for status it says IP adress no longer valid.

    This morning the screen on my blackberry only shows white. I have tried to update the software and tried the usual take the battery out etc etc. The phone seems to be on as my calender etc will sync.
