My lock/unlock keypad button and the ‘bell’ button (no idea what it did) dont work on my BB. Its 2nd hand so I dont really mind, but I was wondering what might be able to sort this out. I was charged by my local off license/corner shop guy that he would change the part for about 15 quid which he said may or may not work. I can get a entire new face for it for less off ebay and do it myself. I cant imagine its that hard.

Is it likely that this will fix the problem? When i press them, there is still the ‘click’ feeling so i dont know if its something within the case
