I had my curve 3300 go down. I called boost. They said new phone on way and gave id #. Called after 8 days. Got a tracking number. Fed Ex said # no Good. Called back. Told they needed to do more trouble shooting. Never told me. Wouldn’t explain tracking number or promise to ship new phone on warrenty. Got no progress. Worst service of any company I have ever had. Any one else have issues or solutions?
