BB Torch software update? "Gone Wrong"?

Hello 2 Any1,
I’m new to this forum and i have a problem with my Torch? The red symbol that shows when ya have something availible on our fones, was on my bottom App for “Software Update” for some months. I didnt really understand how to do this so left it alone, But after around 6 mths i tried linkin my torch with my BB desktop and left it for 3-4 hrs and disconnected it correctly but now my fone wont come on at all its like its just re-booting constantly with the little white line scrolling across screen then a flash of white light then back 2 rebooting but it wont come on for anything..?
PLEASE HELP ME 2 GET IT WORKING AGAIN!!!
